MedDocket Power iPad

Med Docket™ Power app is designed to provide Med Docket™ Personal Health Record (PHR) account holders a quick and easy access to their personal health records in times of medical emergencies. The app is designed to work in offline and online modes. The offline mode does not require internet connectivity.
The app stores user’s latest medical records within the app, to allow offline access. There is a limit of 10-30 records that can be stored offline.
In the online mode, the app can access user’s medical records from their web-based Med Docket™ PHR account. There is no limit on the number of records.
Medical records pertaining to blood group, risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension, vital parameters such as blood pressure, current and past medical conditions the user may have, medications prescribed, pathology reports and radiology images, stored in the provide Med Docket™ PHR account can be accessed from the app. For children, Immunization charts and reminders by notification are also available.
The app synchronizes with user’s web PHR account, based on a frequency set by the user, thus ensuring that updated information is made available on the mobile device.
